There will be a $25.00 yearly service fee at the signing of Contract and Care Plan
Bailey’s I.D Solutions will be the source of Technology to identify each patient and up hold patients rights and responsibilities. Each patient will be signed up for this system at the start of care. This identification service keeps information safe while identifying the clients needs at time of service.
